Our Story

Where Passion Meets Performance

Pro. Dev. Unlimited (PDU) was founded by Khalil Brown in 2022, a seasoned Caribbean-American international professional basketball player whose career has spanned 12 countries across four continents. With over 15 years of experience in coaching and elite basketball skill development, Brown has leveraged his diverse background to recruit, train, and mentor players across Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the United States.

The lessons Khalil learned on and off the court, resilience, focus, and a relentless drive to grow, are the foundation of our program.

That same fire and hunger to grow, compete, and defy the odds that propelled Khalil through his own journey is at the core of the program. He ensures that every player is immersed in a culture of discipline, self-confidence, and continuous improvement, preparing them not only for the highest levels of  basketball, but for success beyond the court.

Our commitment to growth and excellence shows up in everything we do. Our programs are built around skill development, game IQ, physical conditioning, and mental toughness. We focus on personalized growth for every athlete because no two players are the same.

At PDU, we don’t just train basketball players — we build complete athletes.
