Provenance Unlimited LLC d/b/a Provenance Development Unlimited, Pro. Dev., PDU, and Pro. Dev. Unlimited ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information when you use our website or mobile application (the “Site”) or engage with any of our online services, bootcamps, training programs, or youth development initiatives (collectively, the “Services”). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” mean you as the user of the Services.  Please note that the Services and this notice are intended for users in the United States only and are not intended for users located outside of the United States.

• Education and Athletic Background, such as education and athletic history and experience, including school, team, and organizational affiliation. We use this information to provide the Services, determine eligibility, and place you in the right programs and/or activities.

• Health and Injury Information, such as injuries, medical conditions, and medications. This information is used solely for safety purposes for the participants, determining ability to safely participate in the Services, providing appropriate care in case of emergencies, enabling safe participation in the Services, and supporting fitness and medical readiness in the context of participation in the Services. 

• Demographic Information, such as birthdate, age, and gender. We use this information to provide the Services, determine eligibility, and place you in the right programs and/or activities.

• Applicant details, such as information included in your resume or CV, references, and job history. We use applicant details to process your application for employment and to evaluate your candidacy.

• Payment information, such as credit or debit card information, and billing address, which we collect using a third-party payment processor. We use this information to process your payment and provide the Services.

• Any other information you choose to include in communications with us, for example, when sending a message through the Services.

We do not condition a child’s participation in an activity provided as part of the Services on the disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary to provide the Services.

 

If we become aware that any such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database.

 

Parental Rights: Parents or legal guardians may have certain rights with regard to Personal Information collected from children under the age of 13.
